Gizlilik politikası

Kısaca: Haven hesap istemez, seni takip etmez, reklam göstermez. Rehberler, haritalar ve mesajların cihazında saklanır. İnternet yalnızca senin başlattığın birkaç işlem için kullanılır.

1. Topladığımız veriler

Haven kişisel veri toplamaz ve kendi sunucularımıza veri göndermez. Kayıt, telefon numarası, e-posta ya da ad istenmez. Uygulamayı ilk açtığında cihazında rastgele bir kimlik (ör. HVN-1234) ve şifreleme anahtarları oluşturulur; bunlar telefonundan çıkmaz.

2. Cihazında saklananlar

Bu veriler uygulamayı silince ya da uygulama verilerini temizleyince kalıcı olarak silinir.

3. Mesh sohbet ve şifreleme

Mesajlar Bluetooth ve Wi-Fi Direct üzerinden doğrudan yakındaki cihazlara iletilir; arada bir sunucu yoktur. Birebir mesajlar X25519 anahtar değişimi ve ChaCha20 ile uçtan uca şifrelenir. Genel kanal ve SOS yayınları Ed25519 ile imzalanır. Röle görevi gören diğer cihazlar birebir mesajlarının içeriğini okuyamaz. Genel kanal mesajları ise menzildeki herkese açıktır.

4. Konum

Konum izni pusula, harita ve gün doğumu/batımı hesapları için cihaz üzerinde kullanılır. Konumun yakındaki cihazlara yalnızca sen bir yardım çağrısı gönderdiğinde iletilir: afet modunda "Konumun çağrıya eklenecek" anahtarı açıkken (anahtar varsayılan olarak açıktır, kapatabilirsin) ya da "Enkaz altındayım" düğmesine bastığında (bu düğme konumu her zaman ekler). Bluetooth taraması için Android'in eski sürümlerinde de konum izni istenir; bu izinle konumun hiçbir yere kaydedilmez.

5. İnternet kullanılan işlemler

Aşağıdaki işlemler yalnızca internet varken ve sen başlattığında çalışır. Bu servisler isteği yapan cihazın IP adresini ve istenen koordinatı görebilir:

Her izni Android ayarlarından istediğin zaman geri alabilirsin; ilgili özellik dışında uygulama çalışmaya devam eder.

7. Üçüncü taraflar ve çocuklar

Reklam kimliği, üçüncü taraf analitik veya profil çıkarma kullanılmaz; veriler satılmaz ya da paylaşılmaz. Haven 13 yaş altındaki çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz.

8. Tıbbi uyarı

İlk yardım ve hayatta kalma içerikleri bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; profesyonel tıbbi bakımın yerini tutmaz. Acil durumda mümkün olan ilk anda 112'yi arayın.

9. İletişim

Sorular için Google Play'deki Haven sayfasında yer alan geliştirici iletişim adresine yazabilirsin. Bu politika değişirse güncel hali bu sayfada yayınlanır.

Privacy policy

In short: Haven requires no account, doesn't track you and shows no ads. Guides, maps and messages are stored on your device. The internet is used only for a few actions you start yourself.

1. Data we collect

Haven does not collect personal data and sends nothing to our own servers. No sign-up, phone number, email or name is required. On first launch a random identity (e.g. HVN-1234) and encryption keys are generated on your device; they never leave your phone.

2. Stored on your device

This data is permanently removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

3. Mesh chat and encryption

Messages travel directly to nearby devices over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Direct; there is no server in between. Direct messages are end-to-end encrypted with X25519 key exchange and ChaCha20. Public channel messages and SOS broadcasts are signed with Ed25519. Relaying devices cannot read the contents of your direct messages. Public channel messages are visible to everyone in range.

4. Location

Location permission is used on the device for the compass, map and sunrise/sunset calculations. Your location is sent to nearby devices only when you send a help call: in emergency mode while the "Your location will be included" switch is on (it is on by default and you can turn it off), or when you press "I'm under rubble" (this button always includes your location). Older Android versions also require location permission for Bluetooth scanning; your location is not recorded anywhere because of it.

You can revoke any permission in Android settings at any time; the rest of the app keeps working.

7. Third parties and children

No advertising ID, third-party analytics or profiling is used; data is never sold or shared. Haven does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Medical disclaimer

First aid and survival content is for information only and does not replace professional medical care. In an emergency, contact emergency services (112) as soon as possible.
